CIW v5 raises the bar in Internet-technology and job-readiness instruction
As Internet technologies have evolved, so too has CIW, the industry-standard Internet-technologies and job-readiness certification program. CIW will further set itself apart from other IT-related programs with the release of CIW v5 updates of its Site Designer and E-Commerce Designer courseware.
Together with CIW v5 Foundations, released in May 2004, these courseware materials are designed to teach the latest cutting-edge technology and job skills to individuals preparing to enter the workforce or advance within it.
CIW v5 Foundations courseware reflects the new objectives set for the CIW v5 Foundations exam, which is now available. The CIW v5 releases of the "Design Methodology and Technology" and "E-Commerce Strategies and Practices" coursebooks reflect the new objectives set for the CIW v5 Site Designer and CIW v5 E-Commerce Designer exams respectively, which are expected to be released in late 2005. So, not only does the courseware prepare individuals for the exams, but more importantly it arms them with the practical skills and knowledge needed to enjoy greater success and productivity in their jobs.
