Order and Return Policy
If you prefer, you may place an order offline with CertPRESS, the official distributor of CIW books and materials, via telephone, fax or mail. American Express, MasterCard, and VISA are accepted.
To place a credit card order by phone, call CertPRESS at 800.228.1027, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PT).
Orders may be faxed to CertPRESS Customer Service at 602.794.4181.
To order CIW Training Materials by mail payment must be included with your order.

Physically defective products may be exchanged or returned at no charge. Self-study products, quick-reference cards, Sale items and all software products (includes e-learning) may not be exchanged or returned. Only unopened/unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange subject to the provisions below.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which must be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Please contact CertPRESS Customer Service at 800.228.1027 for additional information or to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address. Do not return products to the shipping point of origin. Customers outside the USA/Canada may also submit return requests to Customer Service.
All requests for return must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice and are subject to approval by an account manager and a minimum 15% restocking fee. Items approved for return that are received more than 30 days after the RMA number was issued or without an RMA number on the outside of the box may be refused or subject to additional restocking charges.
