Senior Data Analyst

Type of Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and test processes and systems
• Develop and lead projects through software life cycle
• Analyze business processes and troubleshoot problems
• Support user acceptance testing, assess end-user needs and troubleshoot
• Update technical documentation
• Perform data analysis, testing, debugging, audits, disaster recovery, and problem resolution
• Design and implement Databases with SQL Server

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience working with data warehouses/reporting and analytics projects
• Interact with business users and convert business requirements to technical specs
• Proficient with SQL programming to profile and validate data
• Familiar with relational and multi-dimensional database concept
• Familiar with ETL process
• Dimensional data modeling knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-starter and comfortable in evolving organization
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Education/Certifications/Trainings:

• BS, Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Microsoft Certified SQL designer
• CompTIA I-Net+™ Certification
• CIW Certified Internet Webmaster
• Microsoft certified
• HTML, PERL, JavaScript Certified

• Informatica MDM, DQ Analyst & Developer, Metadata
• SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008, 2012
• SSIS & SSRS, Crystal & Cognos Reports

$65-$75 Per Hour, depending on experience
