Minimum Education Requirements: Associate's Degree or Above in endorsement area

Occupational Work Experience: Two years work experience out of the past eight years

Industry Certification: A+ or New Plus or CIW or CISCO

Teachers of Computer Technology, Grades 9-12-A teacher shall have a valid TN teacher license with an endorsement grades 7-12 and must have completed the equivalent of twelve semester hours of computer course work including six semester hours of programming. Endorsements 474, 475, 476 require the equivalent of twelve semester courses work including at least six hours of programming language.
