Basic helpdesk duties, normal hours Monday thru Fridays with occasional evenings and weekends when necessary, participates in a 24/7 weekly call rotation.
Degree in Information Technology or related computer degree and 2 years equivalent work experience, or 5 years of experience working in Information Technology field.
Certifications in A+ or CIW desirable but not required.
