The Application Orchestration Services Section is seeking a talented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized, and highly energetic User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team to build new applications in a collaborative and inclusive work environment by working with users and product managers to develop unique solutions. As a member of the User Experience Team, you will be charged with blending both technical expertise and mission knowledge in providing design support for a full line of over 20 Analytic Modernization tools.
Our UX Designers develop the user experience for new applications from concept to completion. We work closely with development teams to build solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible. We continually collaborate and engage cross-organizationally with fellow user experience engineers, software development teams, product leads, stakeholders, and customers on the visual designs. Our designers document the design and drive through the details to make everything simple and delightful. The User Experience Team strives to make great applications in a collaborative and agile work environment. Salary Range: $44,941- $71,467 (Entry/Developmental)

Entry is with a Bachelor's degree and no experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience may be considered.
Degree in Design or Computer Science (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture) is preferred.
Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following design areas (e.g., user centered, software user interface, graphic/visual, interaction, web development, and information architecture) and/or usability and user research. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Associate, Adobe Certified Expert, and Certified Internet Web (CIW) Associate) are preferred.
Salary - $66,510 - $103,639 (Full Performance)
