POSITION SUMMARY:

The Systems Analyst 2 is dedicated to coordinating process redesign, system build, system testing, and the implementation of complex hospital applications. This includes proactively overseeing system operations, management of organizational data, developing and maintaining hospital applicaions, and integrating related technologies to optimize hospital operations and user experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Graduation from an accredited four-year college/university required, preferably with a degree in computer science, technical management, or related technical field

Required Length and Type of Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in system analysis, system operations and management, or system development preferably in a hospital or clinical environment.
• Minimum three years of proven track record of successfully managed system implementations and/or upgrade projects.
• Working knowledge of current PC software packages and systems in a predominantly Microsoft Server and desktop environment.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet, presentation, database and project management software

Required Licensure, Certification or Registry:

Technical certifications preferred, including, but not limited to MCP, MCSE, A+, Network+, CIW, etc. dependent upon the area or applications supporting
